Peek A Boo
This is a great picture. John was pulling himself up on the handle of the chair and was playing Peek-A-Boo with me and Julie.Sunday, June 24th
John can hold his bottle a little on his own now.
Aunt Julie and John had a great time playing with toys.
John and Uncle Ricky
John got to spend some time with Uncle Ricky on Sunday. They growled at eachother and Eric played nice with his face, but pulled his hair.

John is now pulling him self up on things. He is getting so strong.

When you squeeze the dog, he barks. John loves it. I had it when Eric was a baby and he loved it too.
John can get a little bark out of him if he squeezes hard enough. He gets so excited!So tired!!
John had a busy day Saturday, so when it was time for his bed time bottle, he was exhausted. It took Matt awhile to find a spot that John was comfortable in.
Feet
I think feet are so gross, but I have always said Eric had Fred Flintstone feet, well I got a good look at John's the other day. He has monkey toes!! Matt is trying to say John has my feet, Eric does, but John totally has Matt's monkey toes.

Friday and Saturday
Matt and Eric went to a Father/Son Football Camp at the University of Illinois this weekend. They stayed in the dorms, played on the field, met players and coaches, Eric got an Illinois jersey and had his name on a locker. They also did drills and played a couple scrimmage games. Eric threw Matt a touchdown pass during one of the scrimmages..............DORKS!!

Here are my men getting ready to go swimming. Friends of ours just had an in-ground pool put in and invited us over for swimming and a BBQ. We had a great time. John didnt swim though, I wasnt ready to get in and that was the only was John would've been able to swim.
John had fun watching the kids swim, he even got splashed a little.
When John got this outfit, I thought it was HUGE!! Now look at it.
He is so happy. Matt said he looks like a little hillbilly with only one tooth on top, but the other is starting to come through.

I took these right before I left for work on Monday. SO cute. We tell Eric to just sit there and smile and we try to get JOhn to pay attention. John looks like he had too much formula.
John just wants to play and we are bothering him.

We moved some stuff around and made a play/toy section for John. He is still crawling in every direction but forward. I have a feeling, when he finally figures it out, we are going to be in trouble.

Saturday, Eric had a great game. He hit 2 home runs and a single. He pitched 2 innings and did great. They won 9-3 and Eric helped score 6 of those runs. It was hot at the game, but John just relaxed in his stroller.
We took Matt to breakfast for Father's Day. John loves being in the high chair, it is a whole new world for him. We have to clear the table, because his fat fingers grab for everything. He also found a friend at the table next to him. They chatted back and forth.
John had a play date today with Gavin. They are so cute together. They make cute noises back and forth and smile at eachother.
Hope everyone had a great Father's Day.

June 14th, 2007
This morning John was playing on his stomach and pulled himself up to a sitting position. He also cut his top tooth on Tuesday. He is going to be walking before we know it.
John is 7 months old

Sox Game June 10th 2007
We went to the Sox game Sunday, June 10th. Carrie and Joel gave us tickets for Christmas. It was a great game, the weather was great, Eric got a ball and Mark Buehrle got his 100th win.
Sox/Yankees Game
We went to the Sox/Yankee's Game with Julie, Carrie and Joel. We had a great time even though they lost and A.J. got thrown out of the game. It was very windy, but it was well worth it.
