Eric on Crete-Monee's Field

Sunday Eric's team played the Crete Bulldogs on Crete-Monee's field. Eric has spent half his life on this field and at this school. He finally got to play a real game on it. We had to sit on the visitor side and in all the time spent at Crete I had never made it to that side of the field. Eric played an awesome game. His team lost, but he did his job. It was very exciting to watch him and I am glad he got the opportunity to play on the field he grew up on.

Here is John in his Patriots shirt cheering for Eric, but in full support of our Bears!!! Look at those teeth!! It was a beautiful weekend for football!! I think this was the most John has ever been outside in his whole life.

Our boys in full support of the Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings!! We were finally able to make it to a game!! It was only a JV game, but it was still nice to finally get there to see the field and school. John was clapping like crazy!! Eric totally ditched us to go play with his friends.

Friday night was a great night for PJ's with feet!! Here he is Saturday morning watching the cars drive by. He did try to pull them off of this feet though......

Good-Bye Escort

My transmission broke yesterday in my car for the 4th time in 4 years. I told them to keep it!!
So I went this morning cleaned everything out and walked away from that thing. I hated everything about that car. So this weekend hopefully, I will get a fresh start with a new car. Something small with great gas mileage! Wish me luck.

Congratulations Amber

I just got word our friend Amber accepted a teaching position at Eric's school. This was all part of a my evil plan to get someone to spy on him.

Eric decided he wanted to be like his Dad and shave his head with a Bic Razor. So he took it upon himself while showering to shave one side of his head, get out, get dressed and sit down in front of the TV like no one would notice. So Matt had to shave his head with the clippers and then go over it with the razor and shaving cream. This is the finished project.......
