It's about time!!

Well it is about time I update this thing!! It has been over a year since I have posted. Eric is 10 and John is 2. Everyone is doing well. Eric had a fabulous baseball and football season in 2008. His team took 2nd place in his division, he was chosen for the All-Star game in town and was also chosen for the All-Star Traveling Team. He started on both offensive and defense for football and received almost 20 helmet stickers. He is now currently playing basketball in Manhattan. John is doing great!! It will be a year in January since we first visited the allergist! John was diagnosed with Asthma, severe excema, numerous allergies and severe peanut allergies. We have to carry an epipen with us at all times and John is on numerous medicines daily. But he is living a productive life now! We are so happy and thankful for the lady at Johns day care that gave us the number for the allergist. It truly was the best thing that could've happened to John and our family. He has been ear infection free for almost a year and we have only had to go to the doctors office for check-ups!!
Matt is enjoying HF, they didnt have another season like 2007..... but he is extremely hopeful for 2009. Matt was given the position of Head Sophomore Coach. He is really excited about making the program his own and implementing the direction and goals he believes in as a coach. I tell him "Clear eyes, full hearts, cant lose!!" But he doesnt take me seriously.....
I am doing well! Matt and I just returned from Florida!! I won PRIDE 2008 for DeVry! We had a wonderful vacation and the event was awesome!
Hopefully I will keep up better this year!

H-F Season Comes to and End

H-F lost last night to Naperville North 20-8. It was 0-0 at halftime, but Naperville came out and scored twice in the first four minutes of the second half. Matt is sad the season is over, but is already making plans for next year.

H-F Victory

H-F beat Brother Rice 17-14 on Friday. They play Naperville Central this Friday. If they win.... WE ARE GOING TO STATE!!!
Just call us "Friday Night Lights".

Matt's team is doing great!! They have won their last 2 games and have a big game aganist Brother Rice tomorrow night. They are 2 games away from the State Championships!! We may be spending Thanksgiving in Champaign.
